Philippine ube qualification
Prove your ube will work before you scale it.
Ube Proof helps importers, product developers, distributors, commissaries, and multi-site food businesses qualify Philippine ube for a defined recipe, process, destination, and reorder path.
We connect product identity, complete composition, application behavior, finished-unit economics, destination responsibility, and continuity in one commercial decision record.
Ube Proof is a commercial supplier. It is not a certification body, an accreditation scheme, a laboratory, or an industry standard.
Production is arranged through qualified partner manufacturers. Product, lot, facility, capacity, and destination claims remain tied to current evidence.

Contracting entity
Who you are dealing with
Ube Proof and Brief & Branch are trade names of The Kreme Lab Trading Corp., a corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines. The Kreme Lab Trading Corp. buys from approved partner manufacturers, sells as principal, and is your sole contracting counterparty for every sample, order and contract. The Kreme Lab Trading Corp. does not own or operate a manufacturing facility. Partner manufacturer identity, licences and audit records are disclosed to qualified buyers under NDA during qualification, and appear on regulatory filings in your destination market.
Choose the job before the ingredient
What must your ube do repeatedly?
The right format depends on the result, equipment, people, and commercial limits around the product. Start with the application that must work.
Frozen dessert Qualify dispersion, solids, flavor, texture, freezing behavior, serving condition, and cost per serving in the actual base and process.

Bakery and pastry Qualify hydration, heat response, flavor, color, texture, yield, and cost per finished item in the exact matrix.

Beverage systems Investigate dispersion, settling, sweetness, flavor balance, pH, hold time, operator workflow, and cost per drink.
Why a good-looking sample can still fail
A purple sample is not a commercial answer.
A launch can stall when the material is not what the buyer expected, the wrong format is chosen, the process changes color or texture, the documents do not fit the destination, or the reorder does not match the approved sample.
Ube Proof makes those questions visible early, while the project is still small enough to change, pause, or stop responsibly.
Evidence Passport
Seven checks connect the ingredient to the reorder.
- Identity: What is the material, and what supports its description and source?
- Composition: What is in the supplied format, including carriers, sweeteners, flavors, colors, and relevant aids?
- Lot: Which sample and commercial lot are represented by the records?
- Application: How did the material behave in the buyer-relevant recipe and process?
- Economics: What is the cost per serving or finished item under named assumptions?
- Destination: Which documents and responsibilities belong to each party?
- Continuity: What supports the next order, and what triggers a switch, hold, or requalification?
Pure powder or premix
Ube powder is not one product.
Choose pure or single-ingredient powder when the buyer wants maximum control over sweetness, flavor, color, solids, and the final formula.
Choose a fully disclosed premix when a defined preparation method, fewer production steps, and operator repeatability matter more than maximum formula control.
Neither format is automatically better. The stronger choice is the one that meets the intended job with complete disclosure and acceptable finished-unit economics.
Fit to reorder
Every commitment must earn the next one.
1. Fit Assessment Define the application, destination, volume, benchmark, timing, and acceptance criteria.
2. Evidence and sample match Screen the format, current records, open gaps, and sample identity.
3. Controlled application sprint Test a bounded method with a named lot, dose, result, limitation, cost, and stop rule.
4. controlled paid order Confirm that product, documents, execution, and landed economics can survive a real order.
5. Reorder review Compare the delivered supply with the approved standard and monitor change, continuity, contribution, and buyer feedback.

Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions
Are you the manufacturer?
Ube Proof does not claim factory ownership. Qualified partners manufacture. Brief & Branch coordinates the buyer brief, evidence, sourcing, and commercial pathway. Each project's legal, technical, supply, and destination responsibilities are recorded before release.
Is stock available now?
Availability, pack, MOQ, lead time, specification, certification, and capacity are confirmed project by project. A sample or older supplier statement is not proof of current commercial availability.
Why is a specification sheet not enough?
A specification can describe the material within its scope. It does not by itself prove performance in your recipe, cost per serving, destination responsibilities, or continuity through reorder.
Can I request a sample immediately?
Sample eligibility follows a Fit Assessment. This prevents the wrong format or an unqualified sample from consuming time without a clear test, decision owner, or commercial path.
